We are receive the Following error when we are trying to open www.microsoft.com
but i can open www.hotmail.com.

Error:

Technical Information (for support personnel)
Error Code 11001: Host not found
Background: This error indicates that the gateway could not find the IP address of the website you are trying to access. This is usually due to a DNS-related error.
Date: 4/11/2010 9:45:11 AM
Server: domain.com
Source: DNS error

We are Using ISA 2004

Could you please help me this issue

It was like follows:

for Internal nic - Local DNS Setting  and external nic - ISP DNS Setting, but today only i changed the external DNS setting same like Internal DNS setting as per some expert comment, but no use.

Status: offline 		The UAG one was on my IE´s address bar cache, since it was the last one I viewed.

I think both cover very well for the three products: ISA, TMG and UAG.

is ISA your edge firewall?

Does your internal DNS server resolves external domain names properly?

Can you provide details on your HTTP and DNS access rules?

i don't know how to check the following: Please let me know how to check this.
Does your internal DNS server resolves external domain names properly?

DNS Access Rule:

Action: Allow
Protocols: All Outbound Traffic
From: DNS Server , Internal
To: External
User: All User
Content Type: All Content type

No Idea How to check HTTP Rule

create two separated access rules, like the following article: Internal DNS Forwarding Through ISA Server 2004/2006

You may not want to include POP3 and SMTP protocols on "Allow Internet" access rule, since these are used for send/receive e-mail from a external e-mail server.

Use nslookup utility to make queries and see if you DNS server is working properly: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/200525

Thanks for your Support, i checked all my server DNS setting as per the article, in the DNS setting Forwarders tab there are some other IPs mention and i change it to our current ISP's DNS IPs. and i create the Rule for ISA server as per your article, then the result is same.

I can't think anything else about it. The main configuration are the ones I've told you to do.

It's hard to tell if there's something besides it without knowing your environment.
