Hi Guys,

How can i block users from using Anonymity software such as

FreeGate, UltraSurf, TOR and others

through ISA 2006 ?

This is not an ISA problem and will not be an ISA solution.

They can't use what they don't have.
So....

Remove it from their machines.

Remove them from being local administrators so they can't install anything.

Management needs to fire them (or a few days suspension) if they disobey the regulations. They will only have to fire one,...the rest will take it serious after that.
