I have several Palm Treo 700w's (smart phones) that work perfectly when getting mail from Exchange through ISA 2006 using certificates.

I just purchased a new Palm Pre Plus smartphone and used the same setup as I did on the Treos and it does not work (Palm says it should be the same).

I get a "denied" message in ISA:

Log Type: Web Proxy (Reverse)
Status: 12217 the request was rejected by the HTTP filter
Request: OPTIONS
Filter information: sent verb is not specific

Any Ideas?

Charlie

Hi Charlie,

it seems ISA HTTP filter is blocking the request. You need to allow it to make it work.

Regards,
Paulo Oliveira.
