I done full functional filter, but still has a problem...

I have a workable function which working excelent with MySQL DataBase, but inside of the DLL filter SQLDriverConnection or SQLConnection return -1... :( Am i alone with this problem or somebody know solution? I googled many times, but nothing useful about this functions call from DLL...I thinking about permitions of wspsrv.exe its a NETWORK SERVICE... but its wrong way i think... Has anyone a some suggetions? Its my credential work... Thank..
