Logging this under firewall but may not be the correct place. We are having odd behaviour when accessing one of the UK government agency websites, Companies House, www.companieshouse.gov.uk, typically there is a home page, people select an area which then asks them for a password and they can then log request for company information. First time into home page, full content displayed, click on refresh and partial graphics are displayed, click refresh again and can get a different page content, type the www name and hit enter generally displays complete content ok. Mozilla works fine, have plugged laptop direct into internet link so bypassing ISA and ok. Not much I think in the monitoring other than failed connection attempts logged when refresh user as opposed to typing www and enter. Any thoughts ?? I want to understand why it does not work and properly resolve rather than put Mozilla out to every user. Thanks. Steve.
