Hello all,

I've got a .pdf file that one of my users downloads each month (newsletter). The PDF is password protected. Upon entering the password information in the PDF file, the user gets the error " An error occured during the submit process. Unknown failure".

I look at my ISA server and watch the logs and I see the connection fail  with a "Denied Connection" 12209 The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy service is denied. The Client agent is "AcroForms". Typically, integrated authencation is used for IE7, IE6,etc. What do I need to do to allow the AcroForms to submit successfully?
