Hey everyone.
I have a problem with configuring outlook with ISA. I have an ISA 2004 in my network and all users connect to ISA  through web proxy. when I install outlook 2007 on client computers and I set an account , Outlook show an error when it tries to send and recieve e-mails. it seems ISA drops outlook requests. I have to solve this as my manager wants me to. please help me solve this . thanks

hello hoomi,
You've got to create a specific rule for your e-mails (i.e allow all outbound traffic for POP, SMTP, IMAP and any other protocols you use for your mail) and the rule should be directly on top of your first deny rule, that way your ISA Server would allow all trafic for your E-mails.
