dear sir, kindly i installed two servers ISA 2004 enterprise, i installed the websense version 7.1 in the first in the first server and it working fine and block the traffice,for the next server we installed the websense v7.1 ISA-plugin only but it doesnt work and dont block the traffice, could you please assist. thanks your fast response is highly appreciated

Does the Websense plug-in show up in the Web Filtering Plug-ins? Check the \%SystemRoot%\system32\wsMSP.ini Is IP the ip of the filtering server Apply the following hot fix http://eval.websense.com/download/patches/WWF_7.1_Hotfix_78_ISA_MemoryLeak_Rollup_01_windows.zip Are the clients setup to use the FW client, or is the Browser using the ISA as a Proxy. If you are using secure NAT, see the following KB: http://www.websense.com/support/article/kbarticle/ISA-Firewall-and-SecureNAT-clients-are-not-filtered
