Recently we have installed TMG 2010 standard on windows 2008 server standard edition and imported the firewall and web access policy from our previous TMG server. But the server is not blocking the sites we have entered in the URL sets. Please advise what is wrong.

Do a live log or use the Troubleshooting traffic simulator.
Is an allow rule being processed before a block rule? Check the order of the rules or make sure they are being applied based on the correct criteria.
