I've setup a basic DMZ by adding a 3rd NIC to my ISA 2004 server and created the ip subnet 172.16.0.x for the DMZ. Our internal network subnet is 192.168.1.x  We have outside consultants that I create Active Dir. accounts for who access our network via a vpn connection and them Remote Dsktop to the server they need to work on. The one server in the DMZ cannot be logged into using any new consultant login id's I've created, only the 2 or 3 older accounts that are cached on that server. What access rules or protocols need to be opened between the DMZ interface and the ISA servers internal interface to allow new AD accounts to log in to machines in our DMZ?
