When I look at the ISA logs, I see some lines where cs-username field are "anonymous" and action field are "denied".
The result is some problems with the navigation in our site (we use ajax and we found the xml posted always empty when the action is denied).
Why sometimes the authentication is anonymous?

Most web browsers will use anonymous by default and only provide credentials when they receive a 401 auth requried response...

Cheers
