Hi there,

The "Top Web Users" section of the ISA report states that it is ordered by the largest users of data, down to the smallest users, however the report displays in a random order - for example, the largest user at our site apparently used 3MB with the second highest using 12.5MB.

Does anyone know what causes this problem? All other reports are ordered correctly.

Ok so have you customized (Customize Reports) the "Web Usage Content" report and set the order on "total bytes"?

Hi there. Yes, I've set it to be ordered by size (in bytes) using the 'customize reports', and have also tried using the other options available such as ordering by 'Requests','bytes in' and 'bytes out' to see if that would make a difference, which unfortunately it didn't.

The other bar graphs appear in order, but neither the Top Web User bar graph and neither the corresponding table are in any particular order.
