I have found with some website (like downloading drivers from Dell), when I click to download a file, I get the error:

Error Code 64: Host not available
Background: The gateway or proxy server lost connection to the Web server.

If I disabled Malware Inspection (or make an exception via either source IP, or destination *.dell.com.au/*.dell.com), then I do not get this error at all.

Even with Malware Inspection enabled, but all options un-ticked in the inspection settins, I still get this error. If I click the download button a couple of times, or refresh the page it will download the file ok.

Any ideas?

Are there any details regarding the malware inspection in the firewall's log file?

Thanks!
Tom

I have tried changing from standard trickling to fast trickling, but no difference

Steps to replicate issue:
1) http://support.ap.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=au&l=en
2) Select model > laptops > latitude > e6400
3) Choose operating system - Windows 7 32-bit
4) Under 'Video', click "Quadro NVS 160M" (not the download buttton)
5) Now click "Download" and you will get the error
