Dear all
3 time after i restart my isa 2004 server. found same error
isa : 14130
detect upstream server x.x.x.x is not available.
client can't use internet.

my boss can fixed it.

1. stop service
2. disable cache and goto delete file in d:\xxx path.
3. and create cache file again.

restart service it can work.

how to fixed this problem?

please help me.
