I am moving from isa enterprise 2006 to tmg.ISa is running nlb
We have two domains, one is for collaboration with outside partners. This is becoming more of a DMZ by its use.
We have an internal Domain with its own ISA's.There is a one way trust between the domains.
In moving to TMG, the EMS (or configuration storage servers for isa 2006) servers for the collaboration zone are located in the collaboration zone (which as I said is becoming more DMZ like..like public access).
Would it be recommended to house the EMS servers in our internal zone?
Do I have to have EMS servers for TMG enterprise, load balanced (nlb) TMG servers?
My preference is that nothing from the collaboration zone comes back to the internal zone.

TMG supports "standalone arrays" if you don't need to manage multiple arrays. In this case, you don't need an EMS.
