How best to save logs for the long term (management requirement).
In my old ISA server with text file logging I used to take if off line and copy the files.
Now in TMG I have used the local SQL Express DB, which is nicer, but I wonder how best to keep long term records.
I can backup the DB on a schedule.
I cna go back to text logging and use the old method...

Does anyone have a better idea?

Probably best to backup the DB files on a regular basis.

You could also move to a centralised SQL server logging method and then periodically archive the DB.

This may make general backups and reporting easier too...

Cheers
