jarueda -> Can't block messenger in ISA 2006 (18.Feb.2011 1:40:01 PM)

Hi Guys!

I need to block messenger for some users and let to other ones to use it.
To do so I've created two rules and executed the procedure described in the following tutorial http://www.isaserver.org/tutorials/ISA-Firewall-Quick-Tip-Blocking-MSN-Messenger-Access-Enabling-Access-Some-Users.html but, it's not working.
I've reviewed the following KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925120 and applied the Method 1, but again with no luck.
After long troubleshooting I've concluded that signature's pattern is not right because my internal users are using Windows Live Messenger 2011 and I've found that User-Agent Request pattern is "Windows Live Messenger" or "Windows Live Essentials", but again with no luck.

Does anybody of you experienced this issue?
Does anyone some hint, tip or trick?

Many TIA,

Alex
