I am running into an issue when I enable NLB on my Internal Array via the EMS. Once I apply my NLB configuraiton, I loose one server completely in the array. No NIC connectivity at all. The servers are in their own VLAN and are 2008 R2 and virtual. TMG is SP1. I ended up having to completely rebuild the VM's because it totally whacked the one server. Is this configuration not supported? I haven't found anything saying that it is not.

Well I rebuilt the server and we started from scratch. Snapshot them :) and made sure that Virtual Center was configured properly for the Unicast mode and I still have the issues once I enabled NLB on the array. One of the severs in the array will stop functioning. The NIC on this server is disabled, and you cannot enable it. Any ideas on where I might start loook at next?

Well what ever caused the issue where NLB never got completely configured on the server is now corrected. I ended up having to unconnect the NIC in Virtual Center and restart the server. I was then able to change the NIC settings and unchecked the "NLB" check box in the properties of the nic. Re-connecet the NIC in VC and it was then able to communicate to the EMS server. Made a change to the array concerning NLB and the troubled server did get the change to the NLB VIP. It appeared that the NLB never got completely configured before on the first attempts to enable it.
