Hi Guys,

I have an issue with passing IPSEC, IKE traffic through ISA 2006 EE NLB array. I am trying to connect via Nortel VPN client from LAN to remote VPN server and getting error (remote host is not responding)
Here is my troubleshooting
I have switched off one of the ISA servers from array and everything start to work very well and doesn't matter which one is switch off in all cases it is working. If the NLB array is working then it is not possible to see any IKE packets on logging and the VPN is not working.

In other scenario (only with one ISA) IKE  successfully pass through ISA server  and VPN is working fine. The firewall policy is configured correctly.
Anyone faced with this issue ?

Thanks in advance,

Hi there.

I am having the exact same trouble, and i mean exact.

connections to Nortel yesterday were fine, not today

with the balanced array up, connection fails, switch one off (anyone) and all is working.

this is really very odd.
