Hello

We are having a problem with one of our clients who has multiple locations and wants to view security cameras video while they are at work at the main office.  The main office is behind ISA 2004 (latest SP and updates installed). DVR is outside their LAN. We are able to access and view videos from everywhere accept ISA networks.
After accessing the camera url/external IP from ISA networks we are prompted with ActiveX add-in and installation of it goes fine. Then, Internet Explorer hangs for about 10-15 seconds and crashes with "Microsoft visual C++ Runtime Library" Runtime error. We tried it on different workstations - no luck, same result.

As I said video is working and assessable from everywhere but ISA networks.
Half of our clients have ISA so I could determine it.

While monitoring the query we found next error:

Failed Connection Attempt
Log type: Web Proxy (Forward) Status: 64 The specified network name is no longer available. Rule: Allow all HTTP traffic from ISA Server to all networks (for CRL downloads) Source: Local Host ( Camera_External_IP:0) Destination: External (ool-60388b74.static.optonline.net Camera_External_IP:80) Request: GET http://Camera_External_IP/port?65001 Filter information: Req ID: 1dc00609 Protocol: http User: anonymous  Additional information Client agent: Object source: Internet Processing time: 10000Cache info: 0x0 MIME type:

We called the camera manufacture and they said that firewall needs to allow some ActiveX transmission for incoming and outgoing traffic. Any ideas where and how to enable it?

Google didn't help me a lot. Did anyone have this problem? Maybe you can point me in a rights direction.

Any feedback will be appreciated!

Thank you so much!
Vik
