ISA 2004 issue - 26.Aug.2011 11:43:06 AM

Hello gurus,

I am new at this, so please bear with me. We have a SBS 2003 server, with ISA 2004 on it. This server also acts as DHCP. There was only one rule configured in the ISA to allow all. I have configured a deny rule to block certain website for users to access i.e. through user groups, protocols http & https.
Now the problem is: it works but for every one including the user group that it was intended for. Looking at the monitoring log there is nothing under client username (although I made sure authenticate users was ticked). Finally, under detination IP I only have the server IP address rather than the site IP.
The rule is set in the right order i.e. Deny first and then the allow rule. For the time being I have left some machines without proxy (the ones which I dont want to restrict).

Any advice is appreciated
