As i know, This is a big time question from several decades... Howeve i have not yet found any solution to connect VPN server behind ISA firewall for GRE (Generic Routing Encepsulation)over IPSEC.

Is there any possibility to configure through ISA web proxy & Firewall Client ?

Note:- I don't use PPTP to establish VPN client - server communication.

Case study:- We have some Visitor who useally access there VPN server sitting inside our organisation. THis really works fine if they have direct internet connection. But while using ISA they are not able to access.
I have already created access rule like as below,

Source:- Internal
Destination:- External
Protocol:- All VPN & IPSEC protocals
User: All users.

Please help to provide any Microsoft KB article which suggest to configure this through Secure NAT.

Absolutely not. Not gonna happen. Not in a million years.

A "VPN Server" almost by definition is a type of "router",..therefore it should have at least two Nics. It should be placed side-by-side with the ISA so that it has access to and from the Internet without involving the ISA in any way. This does require that you have more than one Public IP# so that one can be given to the VPN Server's "external nic".
