Often, home routers default IP range is 192.168.0.x which unfortunately is the same as ours. So when a new remote user starts, we have to change their home IP range so it is does not conflict with ours. Is there a way around this? So a user with the same IP range as ours can connect onto the ISA VPN and not cause any issues. Changing our IP range is just not an option as it will cause chaos!

Never ever ever ever ever build a business network using the extremely over-user 192.168.0.x or 192.168.1.x
Never go lower than 10 in the 3rd octect, and higher than that is even better.
The only quick solution is for them to change their home address raqnge.
But this is going to keep happening over and over. Sooner or later youare going to tell someone to re-address their home network and they are going to "give you the finger". The only long term solution is to re-address your LAN. The least destructive way to do it is to buy a LAN Router (a real router, not some home-user NAT box). A Layer3 Switch works great for this,..they are a Switch and Router both built into the same physical device. You add the router to the LAN,..crete a new IP Segment off of the it and get the routing between the two working. Then gradually start moving equipment over to the new segment. Once everything is moved then you can eliminate the old empty segment.
