When our users utilize the Google Earth program they are frequently affected by the flood mitigation portion of the ISA. Currently we have the default settings of 600 within 60 seconds. I would like to increase the defaults for access to Google Earth. However I belive the IP Exceptions tab only applies to the source IP. Thus I would have to increase it for my entire internal subnet. And this increase would apply to access to all outside sources. Pretty much mitigating the protection. I don't see a way to set up an access rule to bypass the protection from internal to Google Earth's servers.

Before I increase the 600 to 1000 does anyone have any other ideas?

Error Received: The number of TCP connections per minute from the source IP exceeds the configured limit
