I'm running SBS 2003 Premium with ISA 2004 SP3. I have just upgraded our business application, which is a .Net4 based application hosted on an internal server and I'm using a web publishing rule with ISA 2004 to publish this web-based application. However, following an upgrade to the application that upgraded the application from .Net2 to .Net4 with Silverlight, I'm unable to open any of the controls that include Silverlight content. Opening these controls behind the ISA firewall works fine, however. I setup logging on the ISA server and I did notice a few errors related to non-SYN packets, which I presume is the Silverlight packets.

Log type: Firewall service
Status: A non-SYN packet was dropped because it was sent by a source that
does not have an established connection with the ISA Server computer.

I have disabled all RSS and offloading from my NICs on the ISA server.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Ken
