Firewall Client not deducted of ISA Server

Its my first post here
We use ISA 2006 on Windows Server 2003


i have 2lan card on ISA Server and also mention configuration

WAN IP : 192.168.2.6
SM: 255.255.255.0
DG: 192.168.2.1
DNS: 192.168.2.1


LAN Configuration

LAn IP: 192.168.1.1
SM 255.255.255


and Client Configuartion

IP: 192.168.1.2
DG:192.168.1.1
DNS:192.168.2.1

and my problem is web proxy client working fine but any firewall client not deducted my isa server.
Please solve my problem
