(14.Dec.2011 4:06:44 PM) Hi. as you know the download manager use port80 (http) and it is somehow impossible to deny that protocol. you can use two ways 1- use band width splitter for ISA to limit your users downloads and working time 2- create a deny rule in isa for http protcol with IDM agent signature, you can get signature by shark but I think the first solution is better and more stable because each download manager has different agents and you should know all agents signature (somehow impossible) you can check this link too http://www.carbonwind.net/ISA/HTTPSig/HTTPSig3.htm
