My ISA 2004 Standard Edition has been used for a website server for several years. I have not found any problem until I found it could not block ping about a week ago. Other functions of this ISA server seem normal, including publishing websites, blocking or allowing vpn and ftp functions, preventing all port scan, ...
I failed to solve this problem by editing the system policy (enable or disable ICMP(ping) and edit Remote Management Computers), installing the updates and hotfixes, checking other policies, and adding a new policy to block ping and ICMP.
Could any friends please give me some suggestions?

According to me check the installation agai, Check the ODU and distance form the tower, Your bandwidth should be between 45 to 55. check again and try, it would work
