client not recognize Domain server

hello admin

My problem is i install ISA server 2006 with domain level environment.After install ISA server client not recognize Domain server when i create rule in isa server i allow all outbound tariff internal to domain server then it recognize domain server .I want never allow all outbound tariff to client which protocols are allowed client recognize Domain server.

You have a fundamental flaw in your ISA/TMG deployment.  ISA/TMG has no relationship to Clients reaching their DC.  You should be able to unplug the ISA/TMG and throw it out in the street and the Clients would be able to reach their DC.
