I am receiving a failed connection attempt for a few sites from behind our TMG 2010 server. The sites are staples.com and americanexpress.com. We have the compression filter turned off as it causes issues with a lot of other sites. I have tried disabling the malware inspection as well as left it enabled but added it to the exception lsit, but still no success. I have done NSLookups to confirm we have not delays in DNS and I am running out of ideas. The log shows it is failing as follows:

Action: Failed connection attempt
NIS Scan Result: Inspected
Rule: "Allow Web Access for all Users"
HTTP Status Code: 50 The request is not supported
client username: anonymous
Source: Internal
Destination: External
Log Record: Web Proxy Filter
Malware inspection: Allowed
MAlware Inspection Result: Destination Inlcuded in Malware Inspection Exceptions List
