Hello,

Sorry to bring up this monster but I've been all throughout the search and non of the problems fit my exact situation.

Here's the deal everything works except this random error:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Denied Connection ISA 7/19/2012 7:53:10 AM
Log type: Firewall service
Status: A non-SYN packet was dropped because it was sent by a source that does not have an established connection with the ISA Server computer.
Rule:
Source: Internal (fqdn 172.x.x.x:443)
Destination: External ( 192.x.x.x:41731)
Protocol: Unidentified IP Traffic (TCP:41731)
User:

AND this error as well:

Failed Connection Attempt ISA 7/19/2012 7:53:12 AM
Log type: Firewall service
Status: The operation completed successfully.
Rule: WEB SSL
Source: External ( 192.x.x.x:41745)
Destination: Internal (172.x.x.x:443)
Protocol: HTTPS Server
User:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The relevant portion of the network is:

Front End Firewall ISA 2006~ NIC1=ISP, NIC2=DMZ

DMZ-------------DMZ------------------DMZ
DMZWeb Proxy Farm 192.x.x.x DMZ
DMZ-------------DMZ------------------DMZ

Back End Firewall ISA 2004~ NIC1=DMZ, NIC2=LAN

Web Server~ DefaultGateway=ISA Back End, StaticRoutes to other LAN=Router

Router (to other LAN segments)

.......

The server with the issue is the BACK End Firewall!

Everything appears on the web page when it is hit however, when these errors occur on the back end ISA, the web responses start to lag and time out causing the user to have to "refresh" the browser.

Thanks guys,

Nick
