Amazon - 20.Jul.2012 9:56:14 AM

I am having a horrible problem with the Amazon website. I can imagine this would not normally be a problem but I work in a publishing firm and viewing this site is critical. I have tested connections either side of the firewall i.e. I have connected directly behind our ADSL connection and I do not have a problem. We are running aprox 150 users of a 6MB async which is very busy but no other sites are affected. I have:
disabled all caching for amazon
set rules to allow 'all' traffic to amazon and all its CDN sites it uses
but nothing works. The symptom is that the page will appear to freeze whilst loading. I have monitored it in isa and after a while the connection to amazon just times out. Hitting refresh often fixes the issue. I have seen error 64 but its as if the server simply loses the connection or packets. I have been struggling with it for a month now so any suggestions would be welcome.
