Hi,

We have some problems accessing a certain website (http://www.schooltv.nl/beeldbank) which contains some educational movies. Loading the website goes very well, when we try to play the movie we get a error saying:

> Cannot load M3U8: 404 not found

or

> Manifest is not a valid M3U8 file[object Object]

Using different browsers, IE 8, Firefox v15, Google Chrome does al produce the same error. We are using the latest flash player which is 11.4.402.265 and we are running Windows XP + SP3 clients with web proxy and firewall client configured.

I already tried configuring direct access for the website but with no luck.
Also tried a no caching rule but with no luck.
Also tried a anonymous rule for the certain website but with no luck.

When i'm monitoring the traffic i see first a Allowed connection with Status 200 OK and after that a Allowed connection with Status 403 Forbidden with the request of the m3u8 file.

Funny enough we have a ISA 2006 Server and there we don't have this type of problem.

Anyone who is familiair with this type of problem and has a possible solution?

Thanks.

Best regards,

Steven

Turned out that the remote site couldn't handle oure loadbalancer.
We have a loadlbalancer in front of the isa server that bundles three internet lines to one.

When we configured the touter that all traffic to the remote site had to be redirected over one internet line resolved the issue.
