Port 5920 traffic

I have set a rule up to access a cctv system at a specific IP address and have allowed all protocols and all ports in the rule.

I can get to the logon screen for the system via port 80 but when I enter logon credentials the reply comes back to the ISA server from port 5920 on the CCTV system which ISA sees as unidentified traffic as I think it is expecting it back on port 80 and drops the connection.

How do I resolve this
