My ISA 2006 server is having a problem with my CA root certificate. In the Certificates MMC I get the following message on the CA root certficate : The integrity of this certificate cannot be guaranteed.
I'm using an Enterprise CA that is installed on a Windows 2003 server which is also the Domain Controller. My ISA Server is joind into the domain, which makes that the CA Root certificate is automatically copied into the local Trusted Root Certification Authorities folder.
The certificate is indeed present on the ISA server but for some unclear reason it doesn't recognize this as a valid certificate. Copying the certificate manually doesn't help. My other ISA 2006 server doesn't have this problem. Is my ISA server perhaps blocking access to the CA so it can't validate the certificate on the CA ? How can I troubleshoot this issue ?

Many thanks
