We have an ISA 2006 server set up as our reverse proxy for MOC 2007 R2, but the former admin also set up a rule for our helpdesk's end user portal to route through a firewall rule on the ISA server. It worked fine up until last week when we brought down the environment for some hardware upgrades unrelated to the VM that houses ISA Server.

When we powered everything up again, all attempts to reach the site result in SSL errors.

Chrome throws Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error.

Firefox throws SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length. (Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)

I've checked, then double checked the rule - even exported it, created a new one, and verified - absolutely NOTHING works. The SSL cert is valid, the expiration isn't until 9/2014, but trying to load the page results in the above errors, and if I use an SSL checker on a page like DigiCert or another provider, it states that the site points to a valid IP, but that there is no SSL cert installed. I verified through MMC that the certs are indeed installed (Yup, they're all there)

What the feck?

Ok, this is happening to every rule that uses the same certificate. Had been working fine for a long time (2+ years) but this is sudden. No issues on the server that I can see.
