I have setup 2 Enterprise TMG 2010 servers in an Array managed by 1 EMS server.
Both nodes in the array have NLB configured on External and Internal with a 3rd NIC for inter array. All 3 servers are in our VMware environment. The external and internal NICs of the array are on a vnic that has notify switches set to no (from the vmware/nlb settings best practices)

I created a couple rules identical to our current ISA 2006 but the website is intermittently working. I have figured out that node 1 is listening on port 80 & 443 for all the ip addresses listed on the listener but node 2 is only listening on port 80. I see no errors of the NLB sync failing or anything in the log. As a test I added an additional IP address to the listener and ports 80 & 443 showed up on node 1 like it should but only port 80 showed on node 2. If I turn node 2 off then everything is working as expected but then we arent redundant which is why we want 2 nodes in the array.

Any ideas what I am missing that is causing the 443 to not sync with node 2 of my array?
