There is no direct manual procedure available that a user can use to convert NSF to PST file format. Thus, it is divided into two parts i.e.
1. Extract NSF file in CSV Format 2. Import CSV to Microsoft Outlook
Step 1: Extract NSF file in CSV Format
1. First of all, open Lotus Notes application on local machine 2. After that, go to NSF file of Lotus Notes 3. Then, click on File >> Export option 4. Now, choose the destination location to save the resultant file 5. Choose Comma Separated Value or Structured Text option as a Save as type 6. After that, a dialog box will appear. Check the desired option and click on OK button 7. Next, give a new name to the exported NSF file and click on the Export button
Step 2: Import CSV to Microsoft Outlook
1. To start the process, you need to open Microsoft Outlook application 2. After that, click on File tab and choose Import/ Export Wizard 3. Then, click on Import option to import extracted NSF file to Outlook 4. Now, choose Import from another program or file and click on Next button 5. Next, you need to choose Comma Separated values (Windows) option 6. Click on the Browse button the in order to add CSV file and make sure that Replace duplicates with item imported option 7. Now, choose a folder from where you need to import the data and click on Next and begin import process
In last, when the process get completed successfully, click on the Finish button.
