I am looking for any suggestions at this point.

- Clean Install of Window 2000 SP1
- Clean Install of ISA Enterprise Edition, running in Firewall Only mode as a standalone server

The ISA services will no longer startup when I have more than 12 IP addresses (any 12) bound to the external interface card. I only have IP address bound to the internal card. The NICs are Intel Pro 10/100+ Management adapters and are identical. Windows 2000 has no other software installed on it. Any ideas? I have tried service pack2 and all of the ISA hotfixes with no luck. I only have one default rule created to allow all protocol access. The server will start perfectly once I have 12 or less IP address bound to the external card. The event viewer is no help, after about 5-10 minutes the server gives up and fails to start. The event viewer states "The Microsoft ISA Server Control service has hung on starting." Once again, I am running in stand-alone mode without a domain. Any suggestions or ideas would be grealy appreciated. Thanks!
