We have about 800 or more conncurrent user sessions running per machine. Anyone else running with those numbers having any difficulties with response time ?

BTW...spoke with some MS reps and appearently they check out this site a great deal.

Hi Lemon,

I've got no sites that I can document 800 "active" connections. If you have that many, do you have enough bandwidth to support them? How about processor and memory? The recs in our book and deployment guide are farily conservative, and the more I use ISA Server, the more I realize how RAM dependent the cache and rules mechanism is. Disk based cache is no use in terms of performance, since if you have to go to disk, things are going to be slow unless you're using fast SCSI in stripe sets arrays.
