I am trying to setup ISA to report web usage with usernames instead of IP addresses. I have read the IP vs. Username post and still having the same problem. I have configured asking unauthenticated users for authentication, and set both my Protocol Rules and Site and Content rules to apply to Domain Users only. Under the ISALOGS folder, my WEB log shows some usernames and others show ANONYMOUS. But, if I go to the Web Usage report in ISA, the Top Web Users only show IP addresses?

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance,
David

Check your HTTP Redirector Filter settings.

The Redirector strips authentication info when it gets passed to the Web Proxy service.

You may need to change this setting.
