Haven't figured out the problem/resolution yet. But I at least have some direction to go.
I can connect to the ISA box from home, then hop over to the Exchange box. So maybe I'll look into tonight from home. They haven't received ANY emails all day today....
...and it's a LAW FIRM.... Talk about pressure....

If I can Telnet to the IP on port 25, and it accepts HELO, Mail From:, etc...
Does that mean I am technically being passed through to the Exchange box?
I would think those commands wouldn't work if it didn't pass me through to Exchange....
Thouhgts?

Yep. If you can telnet on port 25 on ISA, and you get the exchange banners that means ISA is letting traffic on port 25 pass

THANK YOU!
I got it working...
Apparently, the SMTP service was running on ISA Server. I stopped the service on ISA, restarted all the Exchange Services, and it seems to be working again....
weird....
Thanks again for all your help!

Yep that will do it everytime. You should remove IIS on ISA if you dont need it. ISA is a firewall, and assuch it shouldnt have any applications or programs running on it, especially IIS, its full of problems.
