Like many companies, we have to provide for a usable recovery scenario in the event of a total loss after a disaster. Yes, I know if we lost our data center, ISA server might be low on the list of recovery. Nevertheless, I have to document the best way to get the servers back functioning if I had to start from scratch.

I have one Enterprise, consisting of two arrays with 2 servers each. What do I need to make sure I capture to tape to bring all of this back?

Thanks!

Hi tr6boy,

I use the isainfo script and the import/export script. The isainfo script documents all my settings and the import/export script backs up almost all of your settings.

Of course, you can also image your drives, which is the easiest way to recover.

HTH,
Tom

Thanks to share this article. If you accidently deleted files, emptied Trash Bin, reinstall operating system and lost important files, or formatted hard drive, data recovery software will help you to recover the lost files.
