rz -> Strange problem publishing via Web Listener (1.Feb.2005 10:47:00 PM)

Hi,

We get the following error message when trying to publish a web in the address range of 10.0.0.x:
"Denied Connection"
Rule = "Allow HTTP from ISA Server to selected computers for Content Download Jobs"

If I disable the "Allow HTTP traffic from ISA Server to selected computers for Content Download Jobs", I get " ISA Server detected a proxy chain loop. There is a problem with the configuration of the ISA Server routing policy".

When publishing a server in the 192.168.x.x range, 192.168.x.x works.

We have the following IPs/Netmasks on our LAN interface:
10.0.0.1, 255.128.0.0
10.128.0.1, 255.128.0.0
192.168.0.1, 255.255.0.0

Any clues as to what's wrong here would be appreciated.

Note, if we publish without using Web Listeners, it publishes fine, but we can not use ISA's authentication.

Thanks,
-
Robert

I put the XML on our web site.
This rule:
http://wireless.nikola.com/Trango4.xml
Publishes the server on 10.0.0.252:80 on the external: http://64.146.180.226:8004
(I currently have authentication disabled, since it does not work)

This rule:
http://wireless.nikola.com/Trango3.xml
Publishes the server on 192.168.5.1:80 on the external: http://64.146.180.226:8003

The only difference is that the rule that works publishes 192.168.x.x and the one that doesn't publishes 10.0.x.x

The web listeners for each rule are listening on 64.146.180.226:8003 and 64.168.180.226:8004

Thanks,

Robert
