Hi,

every time I want to specify a certificate
"Use a certificate to authenticate to the SSL web server" in the bridging tab
in ISA 2004 I got the message
"There are no certificate configure on this server"
and I don't find the place where I�m suppose to configure this option

Import it into the Microsoft Firewall Service storage container.

MMC -> Add/Remove Snap In -> Certificates ->Service Account -> Microsoft Firewall Service.

I have already some certificate under this folder
fwsrv\personal\certificates

and it still doesn�t work
any suggestion???

doesn�t work with

(winhttp web proxy auto-discovery service)

any suggestion??

Hi,

Did you try to install certificate under this: Web Proxy srv\personal\certificates?
After you add it, stop and restart web proxy service.

There isn't a Web Proxy service in ISA 2004 - it's the Microsoft Firewall Service.

What OID is specified in this certificate? Client Authentication? Server Authentication? Other...? It has to be Client Authentication in order for ISA to recognize it as valid for certificate authentication (a cert for an SSL Listener is different).
