Hi guys,

I have been having exactly the same problems as you and come up with an amazingly simple fix (worked for me anyway). I have trawled the MS groups and isaserver.org forums for months for an answer to this problem and found everyone has had the same problem... namely nothing appearing in /ISAReports/{GUID} folder.

I have tried everything.... removing and recreating the two scheduled tasks... using no logon credentials will not work when ISA is part of an array, so used local administrator account. Everything seems to work apart from no content in the reports folder and an error in the scheduler log.

As a last resort I changed the location of the report jobs in Monitoring Configuration|Report Jobs|Properties to another folder, namely something simple like the desktop. I then deleted the report job in ISA MMC then recreated another to run immediately and hey presto IT WORKED! I got a new folder appear on the desktop called Report Job and could view the report for that time period in ISA MMC.

Being an adventerous sort I then went back in to Report Job Properties and changed it back to the default (using the first radio button), deleted and recreated another job and bam..... STILL WORKING!

Hope this easy fix works for all you guys that are having the same problems.
