I need some serious help with this. I have read the tutorial "How to Record User Information in ISA Server Firewall and Web Proxy Logs and Reports" and setup my ISA Server according to the directions.

Here is my problem. Everything seems to work fine for about 20 minutes after I set things up following the directions. Then users start getting the Username/Password Dialog boxes for webpages. Even though they receive this dialog box, if they just click cancel, it displays the webpage perfectly. if the user enters in the domain\username and password, it just continues to ask for the username and password and never goes away.

Any suggestions?? I really need help!

Chris

If you use integrated authentication and if your users are logon to domain then no logon promt appears.Check out going and incoming web listners for selecting authentication mode.
