hi all
i've configured one protocol definition with following criteria :
tcp outbound 5000 primary
tcp outbound 5001 secondary
tcp outbound 5050 secondary

define a protocol rule that allows connection to every site for specific IP address with above protocol definition .i've restarted web proxy service & firewall service but when open Ymsn it can't connect without proxy & also setting proxy & entering authenticated user.

what extra step should i take to allow specific computer accessing Ymsn ?

Protocol: HTTP
Port: 80
Voice Chat Connection:
Protocol: UDP or TCP
Ports: 5000-5010

thanks for your response.actually opening all ports including telnet & http may not be necessary .if possible i want to know what specific ports & what protocols are needed to be opened so not more privilages are given to user in the case of using Ymsn.
