Hello all !

"[Smile]"

Your reply will be very much appreciated.

Situation 1:

I have one Destination Set of 50000 (for example) entries.
And exists some Site and Content Rule for this DS.

Situation 2:

2. I halved DS, i.e. I have two Destination Sets in 25000s entries.
And exists some two Site and Content Rules for these DS.

When I'll get a best performance ? First Situation or second ?

Thanks ! "[Smile]"

Dave,

There has been no cap on the number of entries in a DS that I have seen. The rule would be loaded into memory so 1 DS 1 rule would be faster in theory because of less rules to process the clients request against.

Thank you.

Memory is memory, but what about concurrent execution of two rules ?
Can ISA do it ?

Dave,

Rules are evaluated and based on the request they are applied or not applied. So when there is 2 the evaluation process is theoreticly longer just by the fact it has to evaluate against 2 rules before the connection could be made.
