Hi,

first of all sorry for my english ...

I have yust installed ISA2004 it all works great, but i dont know if security level is ok. So i need to have a look on some other firewall rules to check if mine are ok. Might it possible to someone to send me his/her rules to rolli@bibi-rolli.de ....

Hi and thank you for your answer ...

First i yust opend http/s on Port 80 und Inet work on Clients but not on the Server. Then i opend different Imap und pop and it seens to work. The Problem is, that i dont want to open to much but i also want to live a little bit convenient ... I am not an networker, so if you give discription of good rules i can learn ...

Hi Rolli,

You are off to a good start. You should allow access onto to those services you require. If there's something you need, then you can create an access rule to allow it. But never use the "all open" rule!

Also, you can increase security by configuring your clients as Firewall and Web Proxy clients and requiring all outbound connections to be authenticated.
